All the drivers compatible with Live! webcams are listed on the Support page of Creative. Visit the page and scroll down to the last section (webcams). Those are the only devices that have Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 compatibility. Alternatively, download the driver for Windows XP and manually install the webcam by pointing the Windows Driver installer window to the folder (usually Program Files\Creative Webcam Live!). Select the INF file manually and with a bit of luck it will work.

You can update the driver from the Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc)

I'm using Windows 7 32bit, but my webcam video setting is not working. I downloaded the latest version of Creative WebCam Center without success. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest update the webcam driver to the latest version. Navigate to Creative web page, select your webcam model and your operating system and download and install the latest webcam files. From the same page, you can download the webcam application (Creative WebCam Center or Creative Live! Central 3) specially designed for your device model. Alternatively, you try another webcam capture utility from Software Informer database.
